Location

Facilities poor - this is not suitable for more than 4 adults. There is only a 2 seater sofa & a 3 seater - neither of which are comfortable. They are low & difficult to get up & move particularly if you have mobility issues. The kitchen is ill equipped & little order. The house is not clean - looks like there hasn’t been anyone in for a long period. Two rusted outside chairs & a table for 11 possible visitors. The noisy water pump. The shower screens & seals poor - water leaks out easily flooding the floors. Disappointed.

I loved the location in Connemara. There was a fireplace and my bed was comfortable.

I had brought a group on retreat and I was embarrassed. The windows were filthy. There were cobwebs on several windows. The carpets and sitting room suite were grubby and need replacing. The interiors need painting. . The back yard was an eyesore. The kitchen was badly equipped, no soup ladle , no egg turner , no sweeping brush. One tea towel. Hot water pump upstairs extremely noisy. There were no wardrobes in some rooms . Nowhere to hang clothes in some rooms.I would not rent this property again. It was overpriced and underdelivered.
